Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure that you choose your items carefully and read product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Please note the following strict cancellation policy for our candle-making workshops:

• Cancellations made 5 days or less before the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
• Transfers to another session are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case.
